Michelle Kartchner is a business leader and entrepreneur with more than 15 years of experience driving growth, operational strategy, and cross-functional collaboration across consumer brands and digital marketplaces. She currently serves in a leadership role within a global eCommerce organization, where she oversees a portfolio exceeding $200 million in annual revenue and manages a team responsible for marketplace strategy, digital advertising, and brand growth.

Michelle brings to the William A. Burnard Warming Center Board experience in financial oversight, organizational operations, and long-term strategic planning. Throughout her career, she has built and scaled businesses, led teams through growth and transition, and implemented systems designed to create sustainable impact.

In addition to her professional leadership, Michelle is an entrepreneur and active community volunteer. As a mother of four, she is deeply committed to strengthening local communities and supporting initiatives that provide safety, dignity, and stability to individuals and families facing housing insecurity.

Michelle is honored to serve on the Board of Directors for the William A. Burnard Warming Center and to support its mission of providing warmth and critical resources to individuals experiencing homelessness in Northern Utah.
